Suresh Gopi

He started his acting career in 1965 as a child artist in a malayalam movie 'Odayil Ninnum' which was a screen adaptation of the novel by the same name.
He subsequently stopped acting and returned to Malayalam movies in the eighties. His first roles in the eighties were those of a supporting hero or the villain. His most notable works of this period include 'Irupatham Noottandu' (Twentieth Century), Rajavinte Makan ('The son of the King') a screen adaptation of The Rage Of Angels by Sidney Sheldon and Oru Vadakkan Veeragatha. His major break in a leading role came with "Thalasthanam" (The Capital) followed by Ekalavyan and Commissioner all of them Police dramas. He shot to superstardom with these movies and followed it up with roles in 'Pathram' (newspaper), 'Lelam' (Auction) and 'Vazhunnor' (The Rulers). His portrayal of the police commissioner 'Bharath Chandran IPS' in Commissioner (1994) shot him to superstardom and is etched in Malayalam movie history as one of the most recognized roles. His famous monologue "Ormayundo ee mugkham?" ("Remember this face?") is synonymous with the role and has been subject to much imitation and parody. He is famous for his fervent delivery of English dialogues in the movies that he acts in.
He became noted and was glorified for playing larger than life roles that were anti-establishment and often were a dig at the political and social corruption. In 1997 his acting prowess was proved as "Kannan Perumalayan" a role that he played in "Kaliyattam" (The play), a screen adaptation of Othello by William Shakespeare for which he got the National Award for best actor in the same year. Other noted hits were 'Pathram' (The Newspaper), Crime File, Kashmeeram, Janadhipathyam (Democracy),Sathyameva Jayathe, Thenkasipattanam, Highway, Summer in Bethlehem, Bharathchandran IPS, 'F.I.R' (First Information Report), Tiger and Chinthamani Kolacase Before Love Cinema he was English literature field and his favourite pens are Bernard Shaw, Shakespeare, Camilla way etc etc. He is famous for his philanthropic efforts.He done many charity activities in Kerala, Tamilnadu, Gulf etc. Once he neglect the chance of stand for the election with Congress Party. His charity activities are spearheaded by his fans club which has a strength of about 800 members.He frequently visits sree chitra poor home,Trivandrum with his all kerala fans club president Mr.Ashwin Jothindran and spends time with the hapless inmates.

Padmapriya

An actress in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi film industries.
Padmapriya is a Tamil Brahmin, but she was born in Delhi and brought up in Punjab. Her father was in the army and thus she has lived all over India. She is an established actress in the South Indian cinema. She loves Reading, Traveling, Classical Music, Cooking, Swimming and Dancing. Padmapriya is a pure vegetarian and loves good food.

She is the daughter of Brig (Retd) V.K. Janakiraman and Mrs. Vijaya Janakiraman.
Education
An MBA finance graduate at Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies.
She was working with GE as a risk consultant in Bangalore and Gurgaon.
She has grown up to be a vibrant danseuse under the auspices of the famous guru Natya Brahma V.S. Ramamurthy. She performed more than 200 public performances to her credit. Her Krishna Leela Ballet, where she performed the role of Lord Krishna for Hyderabad Doordarshan in 1990 is telecast even today on almost all Krishna Jayanti festivals and was specially chosen for the SAARC exchange program - she also featured in Nritya Rupam, an innovative choreography by Jayalakshmi Eshwar at Delhi, which was also specially telecast by Delhi Doordarshan. She has also won Miss. Andhra Pradesh in 2001.
Her passion for acting and modeling has made her successful in her films. Her first film was in Telugu. She then started acting in malayalam movies, were she acted with all the superstars such as Mammootty, Mohanlal, Suresh Gopi. Her first film in Tamil being Thavamai Thavamirundhu paired with actor/director Cheran, which turned to be a huge hit. Then followed Pattiyal a film directed by Vishnuvardhan in which she paired with Arya.
She has recently come up with an allegation against Tamil Director Swamy saying she was beaten by him while shooting for the movie Mirugam.
She has also ventured into Hindi cinema and is doing Striker where she is paired opposite Siddharth. The movie is directed by Chandan Arora.

Rupesh Paul

He was denied Censor Board Certificate for his debut short film venture- The Temptation Between My Legs.
My Mother’s Laptop shot in 35mm is his first feature film. Won The Best Young Poet’s award his collection of poems-A Girl, A Nation It is. Other books include A Study on Jean Luc Godard, Book of Love.
Graduated in Computer Science Engineering from University of Madras. Worked as Sub Editor in Malayala Manorama daily and Senior Correspondent in India Today weekly.

Rafeeq Ahamed

Native of Akkikavu, Thrissur District.
Published 4collections of poems.
Got many awards including Kerala Sahithya Akademi Award.
Wrote lyrics for films,viz,Garshom, Perumazhakkalam, Pranayakalam, Out of syllabus,paradesi and Flash. Wrote title songs for Samana thalam and Anna. Wrote lyrics for music albums viz, Adyamazha,June mazhayil etc.

Subhash Chandran

Born in 1972 in the village of kadungalloor near aluva, kerala, india, as the son of K.R. Chandrasekharan pillai and Ponnamma. Studied with a university merrit scholorship, he got a master degree in malayalam language and literature with  a first rank in mahatma gandhi university. He  made his debut in literature with a first prize in a short story competition for college students in 1994, conducted by mathrubhoomi , a leading newspaper in india. He got the prestigious sahithya academy award for his first anthology named 'ghadikaarangal nilakkunna samayam' (the time when all clocks stop) at the age of  30. his later story collections, parudeesanashtam(paradise lost) and thalpam (the bed) are also wellknown for their artistic terms and have got several awards aswell.
He is selected as one of the 50 emerging talents in various fields in india by the week magazine, and is considered as the most promising indian young writer by the times of india, another leading daily in india. Pune film institute has transcreated one of his story vadhakramam (the killing) into a feature film which has got a special mention in Reo de geniro film festival, in brazil, and his noted stories were  translated into english as well as into several indian languages. he is now workinng as an editor in charge of a leadding children's magazine in malayalam, in which he writes stories for children regularly.

Dr.Sreevalsan J Menon Ph.D(Ag)

Sreevalsan J Menon is an Indian Carnatic vocalist and music composer. After initial training under Rajalakshmi Krishnan (disciple of Chembai Vaidyanatha Bhagavathar) and T.V. Ramani at Trissur, he started a special relationship with Guru Neyyattinkara Vasudevan 15 years ago. Sreevalsan is an ‘A’ grade artist of All India Radio and has given concerts all over the country including the National Concerts of AIR and Doordrshan. He has received several awards from the Music Academy, Chennai, and a title from Krishna Gana Sabha, Chennai and such Institutions worth the name in South India. He has aslo participated in Music Transcends, a symphony held at Washington DCin 2004, integrating Western and Indian classical music. His Jugalbandhis with Hindusthani musician Ramesh Narayan and Kadhkali musician Late Kalamandalam Sankaran Embathri and Late Kalamandalam Hyderali have been widely accepted.
Sreevalsan’s music albums are fresh and innovative. They include Vanaprastham , a musical interpretation of the famous short story by M T Vasudevan Nair, celebrated writer- filmmaker of Malayalam; Monsoon Anuraga a musical experience on monsoon rains.;Vismaya a fantasy video album featuring Artist Namboodiri, M T Vasudevan Nair and Sreevalsan
He has given carnatic vocal performances and lecture demonstrations throughout India, the Middle East, USA, Canada and Africa. Presently he works as Associate Professor at the Kerala Agricultural University in Thrissur and is a Phd in Agricultural Extension from IARI, New Delhi

Vanaprastham – a musical interpretation
Composed a musical interpretation of M.T. Vasudevan Nair’s  celebrated story ‘Vanaprastham’, which is the first of its kind in India. This musical production was invited to the International Film Festival of Kerala , December 2005. This musical has been released as a CD by Moozhikulam Sala, an Eco-group in Ernakulam.
